Project Title

What Conservatives Say about Climate Change

Description

Despite growing concerns about the implications of climate change on the world and everyone in it, a group of climate change sceptics, mostly identified as right-wing ‘conservatives’ continue to deny the reality of climate change. This paper discusses the arguments presented by these rightwing conservatives and the implications these views are having on the planet in the 21st century. Furthermore, the views of conservative politicians and their stance on climate change has also been discussed. Politicians who are climate change deniers carry their views forward when formulating policies and this is evident in their respective manifestos. Lastly, the paper discusses the criticism that conservatives receive because of their stance on climate change.
